Browse listings by location, price range, land size, and other criteria using our advanced search filters. Once you find something suitable, contact the seller directly through the listing page. We recommend saving your favourite listings to compare them before making a decision.

Absolutely! Use our Land Request Form to specify your exact needs — location, size, budget, and intended use. We'll connect you with landowners, agents, or companies that match your criteria. This is especially useful if you haven't found a suitable listing through regular browsing.

Basic listings and contacting sellers are completely free — no hidden charges for standard usage. Optional Featured Listings are available for a fee if you want to boost visibility and attract more buyers faster.

Click the "Forgot Password" link on the login page, enter your registered email, and follow the reset instructions sent to your inbox. If the email doesn't arrive within a few minutes, check your spam folder or contact our support team.

Listing your land is straightforward:

1. 1Create an account and complete your profile.
2. 2Click "Add Listing" and fill in all land details.
3. 3Upload clear photos and supporting documents (e.g., C of O).
4. 4Submit for review — your listing goes live once approved.

We support secure payments via Flutterwave, Paystack, and Stripe:

1. 1Go to My Listings after adding your listing.
2. 2Find the listing and click Actions → Mark as Featured.
3. 3Complete the payment — your listing is featured immediately after confirmation.

All listings pass a review before going live. We encourage sellers to upload title documents such as a Certificate of Occupancy (C of O) or survey plans. Always verify these independently before any payment. Suspect fraud? Use the "Report Listing" option immediately.

Yes. Edit your listing at any time from your dashboard under My Listings. If your land has sold or you want to remove it, mark it as sold or delete it entirely. Edited listings may undergo a brief re-review before changes appear publicly.
