Nigeria's land market has long been plagued by fraudulent documents, double sales, and opaque processes. We built E-Land to change that — combining technology, legal expertise, and community trust to create a marketplace where every transaction is backed by verified data.
From a single plot in Enugu to a large estate in Lekki, we believe every Nigerian deserves confidence in what they're buying. Our platform verifies title documents, connects buyers with certified surveyors, and provides a secure escrow layer for every deal.

What We Stand For
Every listing shows the full paper trail — survey plans, title documents, and ownership history — so you know exactly what you're getting.
Our in-house legal team and partner surveyors verify every document before a listing goes live. No guesswork, no risk.
Our secure escrow service holds funds until all conditions are met and transfer of ownership is confirmed. You never pay blind.
Verified agent badges, buyer reviews, and a public scam-reporting system keep bad actors off the platform.
Whether you're a first-time buyer in Imo or a developer in Lagos, E-Land is designed to work for every Nigerian, at every level.
Every transaction on E-Land adheres to the Land Use Act 1978, the NDPA 2023, and all relevant state-level land regulations.
